Refund policy

If you wish to return your order you can do so within 14 days after delivery. All items must maintain their original condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. Items that exhibit signs of wear, usage (including washing, soiling, or carrying a distinct cigarette odor), alterations, or damage will not be accepted for return. 

Return shipping is on customer account. Customer is responsible for the item until it is recieved at our warehouse.

Please contact hello@distavnitser.com to obtain RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number and to initiate your return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. 

Preordered and custom-made items may not be returned.

Exchanges:

Please note that we can exchange any item, as long as it is returned with the original tags and in the original condition. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for exchange. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy: 

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days to process the return. Upon the approval of your return, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
