International orders:

We ship globally from our warehouse in Poland. Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs charges imposed by the customer’s national tax or customs authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may either be collected by the shipping carrier before delivery or calculated and charged at checkout. If a package is not claimed, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping fees to our offices.

Please note that we do not ship to Russia and Belarus.

Domestic orders:

For orders shipped within Poland, standard domestic shipping rates and VAT charges will apply. The displayed prices on our website for orders within Poland already include the applicable VAT.

Taxes and Duties:

When placing an order for delivery outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically collected at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information regarding any potential charges. Please note that any additional fees incurred for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.

To facilitate a smooth and timely delivery, it is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including any relevant details required by customs authorities. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

For shipments within the EU, standard VAT rates will be applied as per the regulations of the respective country.
