Preorder
If you love something, make it yours. Preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is available. Each preorder item will be marked as such on the site, and the estimated shipping date will be displayed above the product description. We require a 100% prepayment for all preorders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship globally from our warehouse in Poland. Kindly note that the shipment outside the EU might be subject to customs charges imposed by the customer's national tax or customs authorities. Any applicable customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer to pay and will be collected by the shipping service before delivery. ( or will be calculated and charged at checkout).
Please note that we do not ship to Russia and Belarus.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
For orders shipped within Poland, standard domestic shipping rates and VAT charges will apply. The displayed prices on our website for orders within Poland already include the applicable VAT.
TAXES AND DUTIES:
When placing an order for delivery outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically collected at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information regarding any potential charges. Please note that any additional fees incurred for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
To facilitate a smooth and timely delivery, it is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including any relevant details required by customs authorities. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
For shipments within the EU, standard VAT rates will be applied as per the regulations of the respective country.
RETURN POLICY:
If you wish to return your order you can do so within 14 days after delivery. All items must maintain their original condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. Items that exhibit signs of wear, usage (including washing, soiling, or carrying a distinct cigarette odor), alterations, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping is on customer account. Customer is responsible for the item until it is received at our warehouse.
Please contact orders@distavnitser.com to obtain RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number and to initiate your return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Preordered and custom-made items may not be returned.
EXCHANGES:
Please note that we can exchange any item, as long as it is returned with the original tags and in the original condition. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after delivery.
Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for exchange. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

REFUND POLICY:
Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days to process the return. Upon the approval of your return, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
